These Terms of Use (the « Agreement ») govern your use of the Cadence app. By using Cadence you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cadence on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
You are responsible for the books and files you import and for having the right to use them. Cadence also offers a demo library of public-domain classics.
Cadence Pro subscription
- Cadence Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited listening, all premium voices, Dialogue Cast, the unlimited AI assistant, and full offline support.
- Plans are offered as monthly and yearly options (and a yearly family plan for up to 5 accounts). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided « as is » without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update this Agreement; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
